Service Description

Your massage is customized for your body and includes a 10 minute consultation and dressing time + 120 minutes of full-body or targeted massage with varying modalities, techniques and pressure throughout. These techniques and modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, ASMR, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage and Percussion Therapy. Pressure ranges from low to high and static compression. Massage increases blood and lymphatic fluid flow, it reduces muscle tension, pain, and addresses joint stiffness while relaxing soft tissue and inducing a calm state of mind. The session consists of warming up the muscles, performing a thorough tactile assessment and using a variation of tissue manipulation techniques to nourish and relax the body. Aromatherapy with essential oils and warm towels for your feet are included! Massage is performed with a variety of products depending on the work being done. For most sessions I use Soothing Touch ayurvedic muscle comfort massage cream with lavender, arnica and chamomile, this rich cream is infused with the healing elements of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Clove, Arnica and Ginger. Depending on the discussion during the assessment the following products may be used: • *Soothing Touch herbal lavender lotion which offers more absorption and is enhanced with Aloe, Almond Oil and Vitamin E. • *Soothing Touch fragrance free massage lotion with organic Aloe Vera Gel and pressed Sunflower Seed Oil. • Suave Professionals Dry Body Oil Spray Moroccan Infusion Tools may be used to achieve desired muscular relief such as trigger point, cups and percussion machine. *Soothing Touch products are made in New Mexico, USA and contain No Synthetic Flavors, No Petroleum , No Parabens.
